DARK ROOM OLDIE.

While I've been scanning and processing film photos this week, I also found some older photos. Here's one of my buddy Rodrigue. This is one of the first photos I processed in the dark room.

VINTAGE HARLEY.

I've visited Lee's bike shop a couple of times this winter. First posted back in December about Rob's bike build. Recently, we went down with Rob to pick up his '53 Panhead. We're still waiting to hear back from Street Chopper magazine who are going to publish a series of photos of the Harley. Can't show those but I can show pics that I took with my Hasselblad while we there a couple of weeks ago.

Here's some photos of the guys that were at the shop. I'll be doing more like these during the summer.

Just started to work on a new project for an exhibition in June. The show is called "Hommes Galants" which can be translated to chivalry. More about the project next week.

I LOVE SURPRISES!

My phone buzzes and I see a tweet from Ottawa Magazine: two nominations for the National Magazine Awards and I'm one of them. I'm nominated in the portrait photography category for the series Taste Makers which was photographed about a year ago. Shawna Wagman is the other nominee for her article on Ottawa's top 10 restaurants.
